RSP’s main goal is to help you fulfill your vision within the community you serve. We offer four prongs of service:

ADVISORY

1. Audit of your organization’s ability and readiness to raise money (whether for the annual fund or a capital campaign) and suggestions for ways you can make this happen.
2. Refinement and reorganization of your current fundraising plan, including identification of constituencies, formulation of marketing/fundraising strategies, a calendar of activities and assignments for your staff and board.
3. Preparation and writing of your case for support: We will interview community and board members, collect evidence of your organization’s effectiveness and make your donation case for use in structured campaigns and for general fundraising throughout the year.
4. Group or individual board, staff or volunteer trainings in fundraising techniques, board development and grant writing.

BOARD RECRUITMENT

We can help you find community members eager to get involved helping you raise money and shaping organizational policy. We keep a bank of resumes and are continually making contacts with those eager to serve.

GAP or PART-TIME DIRECTORSHIP

You need help with your development program, but you can't afford full-time help - or you are seeking the right full-time candidate. We will contract with you to fill this role on a permanent part-time basis, or during the gap between leadership.

ACCOUNTING SERVICES

RSP will provide you with a CPA who can file your Form-990, assist you with monitoring federal compliance, and/or preparing for your audit. If you are seeking an affordable single audit, RSP can help you with that, too.

Other services:
We can discuss your other concerns and arrange for support. We have strategic alliances throughout the community with partners who can assist with graphic design, photography, writing, editing, accounting, social media and marketing. We want you to succeed!
